Panels are supplied 2420mm x 1200mm x 10mm as standard and are certified with a class 2 fire rating.

Are faux stone panels waterproof?
Yes, our stone effect shower panels are completely waterproof. Nuova undergoes rigorous internal testing to assure our customers the best quality, and at its last test, our product has lasted over five years completely submerged in water with no signs of damage or delamination.

Which edge should I select for my own bathroom?
The edge you pick for your stone effect wall panels mainly concerns the space within your bathroom, whether it is just a shower area or full room fit out.
Square edge panels are clean cut and must be joined via trims (found within our bathroom accessories section), these are most typically used to complete shower areas.Please select our Selkie/ Ancona trims for Nuova products.
Meanwhile, Tongue and Grooved panels are designed to slot in seamlessly to each other, allowing for panels to be applied to larger wall spaces without disruption.
Please note: During a Tongue & Groove panel installation, Nuova colour match sealant must be used on all joints.
How do I install stone effect shower panels?
Easy installation is key to any wall panel product. That is why we offer a wide range of corner and edging trims to finish your panels to perfection in shower areas, window sills and similar.
Choose from a satin anodised, white powder coated, black powder coated or a luxury polished aluminium effect to achieve your perfect finish.
For any Nuova project, select our Selkie/Ancona range trims. These can be found in the Accessories section of this website - click on the Wall Board Trims category.
Examples: For a 2 panel corner sited shower you will require: 1 Internal Corner and 2 End Cap trims. For a 3 panel 'U' shaped enclosure you will require: 2 Internal Corners and 2 End Caps.
You may also want to consider using a Panseal Kit, also available in the Accessories section, to seal the bottom joint between panels, bath edges and shower trays.
Many fitters prefer to sit the panels onto the shower tray and use silicone to seal, but as it is essential to prevent water ingress we recommend using the Panseal Kit to give you a better, longer lasting seal with a cleaner, more aesthetic finish.

Delivery of your wall panels
All of our wall panels are delivered through our branch network via our own dedicated fleet, with protective packaging in place on all goods.
Orders are delivered within a two to ten day timeframe (working days), time and date set at your own preference.
Alternatively collection can also be organised with your local showroom.
